KizyWeb Enterprise – Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the KizyWeb Enterprise Affiliate Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Eligibility

The Affiliate Program is open to individuals, businesses, and organizations willing to refer genuine clients to KizyWeb Enterprise for web design, development, branding, or related digital services.

2. Referral Qualification

A referral is considered valid when:

• The referred client is new to KizyWeb Enterprise, and

• The client clearly mentions or is linked to the affiliate at the point of first contact, and

• The client successfully engages KizyWeb Enterprise for a paid service.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will earn 30% commission on the total amount paid by the referred client.

• Commission applies only to payments successfully received by KizyWeb Enterprise.

4. Payment of Commission

• Affiliate commission will be paid only after the referred client has completed full payment for the agreed service.

• No commission will be paid on deposits, partial payments, or cancelled projects.

• Payments will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation.

5. Mode of Payment

Commission payments will be made via bank transfer or any other agreed payment method, subject to the affiliate providing accurate payment details.

6. Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates must:

• Represent KizyWeb Enterprise honestly and professionally.

• Avoid false claims, misleading promotions, or unauthorized discounts.

• Refrain from actions that may damage the reputation of KizyWeb Enterprise.

7. Non-Eligibility for Commission

Commission will not be paid if:

• The referred client fails to complete payment.

• The project is cancelled or refunded.

• The affiliate is unable to prove the referral source.

8. Modification & Termination

KizyWeb Enterprise reserves the right to:

• Modify affiliate terms, commission structure, or policies at any time.

• Suspend or terminate any affiliate found violating these terms without prior notice.

9. Relationship

Participation in the affiliate program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the affiliate and KizyWeb Enterprise.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By referring a client to KizyWeb Enterprise, the affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
